A Saturday afternoon in the winter was pepped up for a couple of hours by Ted Moorby giving us an overview and tips on common auto upholstery challenges. We saw him stuff an MGB seat into a patterned pre-sewn seat cover; and go over techniques for replicating a Morgan factory door panel. One technique in the final picture used a metal shaping wheel on a angle grinder to roundly shape soft foam seat stuffing.
